Be Silent and Listen
~ Your heart says one thing and your mind says another. You're struggling with what's right and what decision or choice you should make. You're tired and weary of struggling and this dilemma or problem is really taking it's toll on you mentally and emotionally. Everyone experiences this, not just once but countless times in his or her life. Most of the time we know what's right, we've heard the arguments a hundred times, and we know what God wants us to do but we just can't seem to silence those feelings or thoughts that continually fill our heads. Take a moment, breath, and be silent. Quiet your soul and open your heart to God.

Psalm 46:10 "Be still, and know that I am God;"

~ Listen carefully to Him. Read His word and tuck it away in your mind. The Lord your God knows your heart and knows what you need better than anyone else does, even you. God will not fail you and really, everything will work for the good. Whether you learn something about yourself, someone else or God, take every experience as a chance to grow. Don't be anxious in thought or action.

Philippians 4:6-7 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the Peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
