Response from Readers

A reader responds to "Just Thinking About Teeth.":
Who would have thought a two year old could give us a lesson on pain? The adaption from scripture to what is in nature was very inspiring.

Once again I "Experienced God" through your web site.

Following is excerpts from a letter sent in by Eddie about women's role:
The deception of Eve concerning the Tree of Life is understood by almost everyone. It is even quoted by Paul as one reason that women should not be allowed to teach.

There was something else accomplished by "the great deceiver", that is not
such common knowledge. There was a wedge driven home between men and women that influenced all of mankind for these many millinia.

I suppose it was only natural that men began to blame women for the expulsion from Eden, after all Eve was the one that was deceived. God told Adam that by the sweat of his face he would earn his livelihood and sure enough it happened. I can see Adam and sons toiling in the sweltering sun to harvest their food and one of the sons asking Adam why they had to work so hard. "Well son its like this", that old serpent beguiled Eve and then God sent us away out of that beautiful garden. He could have never deceived me being the Son of God, but you see Eve was taken from my body and is actually a Daughter of Man.

This deception that actually makes Woman a second class citizen, has been extant throughout the ages. ...

The rulers in those nations do not use the input from Women as God intended and cannot make wise decisions based on the Head and the Heart. ...

We are beginning to understand the complete deception in the garden for the first time and I find this very exciting.

When you combine the  masculine and feminine traits in marriage this brings the two minds together and enhances their ability to raise a godly seed. God said "It is not good that man dwell alone" .  Hooray, for our Father.

I believe Women in the churches should begin to take a more active role and "its about time".

Eddie
