Relationships are important in life. Think about it. The Ten Commandments are guides to our relationships with God and with other people. People in leadership roles need to build and maintain good relationships in their responsibilities to other people.

All of us are in leadership roles every day in some manner, such as within our families, at work, at school, or within our church congregations.

It isn't practical to try to cover everything on relationships in one study.  This month we will look at some characteristics people in leadership roles need.
