Rahab is probably one of the less obscure  women in the Bible. Unfortunately, I have heard people trying to use her as an example that it is okay to lie at times. But she had not known God's law at that time.

What she did know was the awesome power of God. The true God was not just some stone idol in a temple. Others among the people of Jericho saw God's power and trembled. Rahab saw God's power and made the decision to serve Him in whatever way she could.

She took action with that faith in the most powerful God. That action saved the lives of her and her family when the walls of Jericho came tumbling down.
