They start with God and the relationship he intended to have with humankind, referring to this as “the big picture.” Next, they explain, “How the big picture affects the small,” meaning how that affects us as individuals. The rest of the book is in an analogy of a garden with God as the Master Gardener. The analogy works well. The book is filled with real life examples of how this perspective may be applied. I found the book helpful, not only for
my own personal growth, but also with my view of others struggling to overcome.
